stayed here, and wow, just wow. booked ahead for a lower bunk, but really? no one cared, i was left with the upper. the room was a cramped disaster with zero ventilation. I had to endure sick guests. as if i didn't deserve a little special treatment—no upgrade or complimentary snacks! shocking service, really.

The staff was very engaging, contributing to a great atmosphere.
I was disappointed with the room allocation upon arrival. The lack of ventilation and cozy space made the stay quite uncomfortable, pushing me to sleep in the hallway instead.

The spacious twin room featured a lovely balcony with river views, perfect for relaxing during our stay. The extensive breakfast buffet offered mouth-watering dishes that fueled us for our adventure, while the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and tended to. However, noise levels could be disruptive at times, and the common areas felt cramped, especially during busy hours. Additionally, while the food was excellent, the dining facilities could use some expansion to accommodate more guests comfortably.

great stay but limited common areas
I stayed in a four bunk dormitory room which was very clean with modern beds that didn't squeak. Each bed had its own light and power socket. A locker for my things. The mountain view from the property is simply breathtaking, creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The common areas felt a bit limited, especially during busy hours.
